Frequently Asked Questions

I'm interested in several of Focalex programs. Do I have to apply to each program separately?
Yes. As each program has different eligibility standards it's necessary to have separate application processes for each program.

If I already participate in one of Focalex's affiliate programs, am I guaranteed to be accepted for all?
While it is possible to be excluded from a program, it is highly unlikely. We want to be the one stop solution for all of our affiliates. However, as each program has different eligibility standards it is technically possible that an affiliate may be an excellent fit for one of our programs and may not be a good fit for another.

Will I be paid with a single check?
No, affiliates will still be paid separately per program.

Will you be offering other programs?
Absolutely. We will continuously add new programs based on the demand from our affiliates.

I'm a current Focalex Affiliate; will anything change for me?
Programs will be unchanged. Things like the layout of the program-specific member areas, the terms, and the statistics will all remain the same.

What are some of the things that will change?

  1. Maintaining billing and contact information - There will be one place to update all of your billing and contact information.
  2. Logging into your accounts - With the new Universal Login, you will be able to get access to all of your programs by logging in once.
  3. Consolidated Statistics - Rather than logging into the detail pages of each program to monitor yesterday's statistics, we now provide the means to review a summary of the performance of all programs you participate in.
  4. New Program Offerings - Finding out about new programs is much easier as they will show as new icons on the Focalex.Solutions home page.

Can I still login directly to my account at TAFMaster.com or ThankYouPages.com?
Yes, but we would encourage you to use the Focalex.Solutions as it provides more utility and information than going to the programs directly.

Is there any way for me to apply to all of your programs at once?
Not currently. And we would encourage you to review each program separately to see if it is a good fit for you and your audience.

What type of consolidated statistics do you provide?
The statistics for each program varies, however the summary will give each publisher a snapshot of relevant details and revenues associated with active programs for the current month and the previous month.
