Focalex employs a "double opt-in" subscription process to ensure the protection of our users. Once a user subscribes to a list, he or she receives a separate confirmation email sent to the subscription email address. If the user does not confirm the subscription by replying to the email, he or she is NOT added to any list. This ensures that all our users have actively signed up and confirmed their interest in the lists. This prevents confusion with spam, which is unsolicited, unwanted email. Focalex has a strict NO SPAM policy, and we work to ensure that we abide by the highest ethical standards.
As well, Focalex makes it easy to get on and off of any lists by including instructions about how to unsubscribe in every single message that we send out. Focalex is about giving our subscribers the information they have requested, NOT spam.
