What types of customization options are
provided?
The hallmark of all Focalex affiliate programs is the ability for
publishers to customize the programs to compliment their specific site and
audience, WebGames is no different. Affiliates determine which games they
want to include on their site, the types of advertising options that run
within WebGames, and the general look and feel of the exterior portions of
the game.
If I want to participate in the WebGames
Affiliate Program, do I have to run all of the games?
No. Simply choose the games that are the best complement for your site and
audience.
How do I make money with WebGames?
There are multiple revenue streams associated with WebGames. Almost every
game we offer has a "paid" downloadable version that can be purchased
directly from the game itself. For any games purchased directly from your
audience, Focalex will pay you a percentage of the download price equal to
the standard revenue share associated with the program (please review our
Terms and Conditions).
In addition, WebGames provides optional embedded advertising within
games. The pre-loader is an advertisement that appears before a game is
played. Co-registration advertisements are also available within the
Challenge function of each game.
What is the size of the games on my
site?
The game (including all of its components -- pre-load advertising offers,
the actual games themselves, and challenge page) fits comfortably within a
550x500 area anywhere on your site.
Can I host the game on my site
directly?
Unfortunately, no. To accurately track the revenue and downloads coming
from Focalex affiliates, we need to have all games delivered from our
servers. However, the advantage to Focalex hosting the games is that we
bear the bandwidth cost associated with running the games.
Is there any adware or spyware embedded within
the game downloads?
Absolutely not.
